Any samples that we must specifically order or that you can order through our online store will be billed at the lowest price tier if a final order is placed for any of the samples ordered. The cost of the sample in question will be deducted from the total order invoice, excluding shipping costs, which are always the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If multiple samples are ordered, any samples not confirmed by an order will not be refunded by AZAP or will be billed if they have not already been billed.

In order for your logos to be printed and used on our products, you must provide us with vector files. These files must have one of the following extensions: ai, eps, or pdf. If you do not have the necessary files, our graphic designers can create them for you at an hourly rate of 95€/hour.
For each project, we provide a mockup. Your order will be considered confirmed only after the mockup has been approved. The turnaround time will begin only from the date the mockup is approved!
